Chile’s new constitutional process is one of these moments, where the social, political, economic, cultural, and human structures could be modified and given different functions, where old values could be replaced by new ones that are more aligned to the current moment of process of our civilization. This undertaking and the result could offer a significant contribution to the development of our Universal Human Nation.
